Online purchases are subject to product availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A minimum of 24 hours is required to confirm online payments made via credit card, debit card, or bank deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery times vary depending on the location of the item and the shipping destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once delivery is confirmed with the customer, and for any reason they are unable to receive the order, the delivery will be rescheduled with new confirmation the following day. If the customer cannot receive the order on the second attempt, it will be returned to the shipping location and stored for up to 30 calendar days, ensuring availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of exchanges or returns, the customer must cover the cost of shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
