For Online Purchases, Customers Should Keep in Mind the Following Terms:
Online purchases are subject to product availability.
A minimum of 24 hours is required to confirm online payments made via credit card, debit card, or bank deposit.
The images displayed on the website are enlarged to show product details and do not represent the actual size. Real measurements are indicated in each image.
Images are for reference only. Therefore, products may vary slightly in tone or color compared to what is shown in the photos.
Product prices do not include shipping costs.
Delivery times vary depending on the location of the item and the shipping destination.
Once delivery is confirmed with the customer, and for any reason they are unable to receive the order, the delivery will be rescheduled with new confirmation the following day. If the customer cannot receive the order on the second attempt, it will be returned to the shipping location and stored for up to 30 calendar days, ensuring availability.
In case of exchanges or returns, the customer must cover the cost of shipping.
Once the customer receives the order, if no issue is reported, it will be understood that the order was received in full and in perfect condition.
All jewelry includes a 3-year warranty against color fading, starting from the purchase date.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse of the jewelry: dirt, breakage, missing parts, wear, loss of stones, or any other piece.
